Pedram Shojai is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, QiGong Master Healer, bad-ass author, and former Taoist monk. After spending years practicing these ancient methods, he decided his life’s work would be better used helping people attain increased health, happiness, and vitality. And since then, he has made good on that promise by writing multiple books, founding the website Well.org, and co-hosting a successful health podcast, all in the name of enriching the lives of people everywhere.
In October 2017, he released his third book, “The Art of Stopping Time,” a no-fluff manual full of actionable steps you can take to find more time, peace, and energy. He is also the producer of three documentary-style movies — “Origins,” “Vitality,” and “Prosperity.” It is through works like these that Pedram continues to help modern people transform their bodies and minds using ancient Eastern wisdom.
