Who Is The Urban Monk?
Pedram Shojai, also known as the Urban Monk, is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Qi Gong Master Healer, author, and former Taoist monk. After spending years practicing these ancient methods, he decided his life’s work would be better used to help people attain increased health, happiness, and vitality. He decided to become the Urban Monk.
In October 2017, Pedram released his third book, The Art of Stopping Time, continuing to help modern people transform their bodies and minds using ancient eastern wisdom.
